You acknowledge that you are fully responsible for your own choices, actions, and outcomes following a session. Soul stories is not responsible for decisions made before, during, or after a session.

Sessions are intended to empower you, not replace your own judgement. The value of a sessions lies not only in what is shared, but what you choose to do with it.

Soul Stories sessions take place in a private home studio. By booking and attending a session, you acknowledge and agree you are entering a personal residence and accept full personal responsibility for your own safety, wellbeing, and conduct while on the premises.

I take reasonable care to provide a calm and comfortable environment; however I am not liable for any accidents, injuries, loss, or damage to personal property that may occur during your visit, including but not limited to slips, trips, or falls. Attendance is at your own risk.

Please note I share my home with a cat, who may be present within the home environment. By booking, you confirm that you are comfortable with this and that it is your responsibility to consider any allergies, sensitivities, or concerns prior to attending.

Sessions are for the booked client only unless otherwise agreed in advance. Clients are asked to arrive on time (not early) and to treat the home and studio space with respect.

Booking a session confirms your understanding and acceptance of the above.

Soul Stories services do not replace medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice.

If you are experiencing mental health difficulties, severe emotional distress, or require clinical support, please seek appropriate professional help.

All sessions must be paid for in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.

Your booking is not confirmed until payment has been received.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before your session.

• Requests made within 24 hours may be refused.

• Missed sessions or late cancellations are not refundable.

This policy respects both your time and mine.

Due to the nature of intuitive services, no refunds are offered once a session has been delivered, regardless of personal interpretation or outcome.

If a session has not yet taken place and exceptional circumstances arise, this may be reviewed at discretion but is not guaranteed.

All sessions are treated as confidential. Personal information shared during sessions will not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required.

Soul Stories reserves the right to decline or terminate a session if the energetic dynamic feels unsafe, disrespectful, or misaligned. In such cases, a partial or full refund may be offered at discretion.

This work requires mutual respect and consent.

All content, materials, and session structures provided by Soul Stories remain intellectual property and may not be copied, recorded, or redistributed without permission.

Soul Stories reserves the right to update these terms at any time. The version in place at the time of booking applies.
